Melting Pot

Melting Pot is a biographical short film that captures the creative journey of drummer Daniel Paleodimos - showcasing both his playing and featuring narration which details how a curiosity of non-western cultures and a background in jazz have influenced him. Filmed in his native Athens and on the Greek island of Tinos and shot partly on 8mm, the films locations and overall visual appeal tie in to Daniel’s approach to drumming and music in general.
