I graduated with honours from the Maastricht Conservatory of Music, The Netherlands and returned to London as a post-graduate at the Royal College of Music, London. I completed my studies at The Brussels Opera Studio then toured Europe for four years as the soloist with the André Rieu Strauss Orchestra with frequent appearances on radio and television.
I have worked as a soloist in more than thirty countries singing major operatic roles in more than thirty countries. Then after an accident in 2005, I retreated from the stage to pursue other forms of creativity in opera, such as film and comedy. I work closely with composer & comedian Jeremy Limb, having collaborated with comedians such as Barry Humphries, Rory Bremner and Rachel Parris. We have performed at festivals in the UK and Italy, as well as Mustique, Lebanon and Barbados. I have two albums out on the Nimbus Alliance label.
I am also a specialist in the Weimar Cabaret genre.
I curate the classical season at the Chelsea Arts Club in London and am the Artistic Director of the Allstars Festival in Barbados.
