Meet Me At The Sinclair

As a seasoned listener to the best indie music, Louis, who currently attends school in the big city, has found the perfect venue in Cambridge, MA to feed his addiction. But when he drags his two fraternity brothers to this magnificent chamber of melody known as The Sinclair, music is not the sole focal point. Louis has his sights set on a beautiful girl who spends equally as much time at The Sinclair as he does. Louis’ two frat brothers think she’s completely out of his league. Louis begs to differ. When a shady bet and challenge is issued by his brothers, Louis implements a cunning plan to impress the girl, Jordan. To Louis’ dismay, his dishonest route to land Jordan in the palm of his hand leads him to the most unlikely destination when he discovers Jordan is already in a relationship… an open relationship.

Writer Biography - Guthrie Roy Hartford

Guthrie Roy Hartford is an award winning filmmaker and screenwriter from Massachusetts. He started thinking analytically about films for the first time after viewing Dog Day Afternoon in a Film Appreciation course at his community college. He was introduced to the craft of screenwriting at the age of twenty and wrote his first feature script one year later. Since then, Guthrie has written numerous screenplays, both features and shorts. In his final semester at Fitchburg State University, where he studied Communications Media, he interned at Walden Media (The Chronicles of Narnia, Journey to the Center of the Earth, The Giver, etc) in Burlington, MA where he did extensive coverage on screenplays and manuscripts for children’s books. During his time at Walden, he worked on his third feature screenplay, The Graveyard Gang – which is his debut film as a director and producer. The Graveyard Gang became an award winning film less than a month after its World Premiere in September of 2018, when it took home Best Local Feature at the Shawna Shea Film Festival. Guthrie is a lifelong Boston Red Sox and Celtics fan.
