Director Biography - Dennis Ricks

Dennis Ricks (born in 1974) - Russian scriptwriter, playwright and comedian, famous for creating the Russian Comedy Club in Orange County - OComedy. Denis started out as a KVN comedian in his own country and performed on stage with his own sketches and stand-ups. Having moved to America, he began as a novel writer and creator of the Russian Comedy Club known as OComedy, who gave several performances in US theaters before he decided to do writing and directing, his real passion. His sitcom "Beautiful Power" caught the eye of many festivals and got 5 Winner and 3 Semi-finalyst Awards. He also known as a scriptwriter and director for "Bride from Heaven" and "Meet The Girl".
