Sinopsis ESP:
Mila y Maria son dos adolescentes que habitan en extremos opuestos de la Ciudad de México. Ambas se enfrentan al proceso inevitable del tiempo y a la obligación de
crecer. Entre ellas son confidentes, les vemos compartir sus vidas y procesos a través de correspondencias audiovisuales que se mandan entre sí. Un día quedan para conocerse en persona.

Sinopsis ENG:
Mila and Maria are two teenagers who live in opposite ends of Mexico City. Both of them are facing the inevitable process of time and the obligation to grow up. They are confidants to each other and we see them share their lives and experiences through audiovisual correspondences that they send to each other. One day, they make plans to meet in person.

Director Biography - Sebastian Molina Ruiz

Sebastian Molina Ruiz, CDMX 1995. Estudió Historia del Arte en la Universidad Iberoamericana y Cinematografía en el Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) especializándose como director de fotografía. Considera altamente el lenguaje visual y
estético en su trabajo como director. Sebastián tiene un interés personal en las historias que se centran en las relaciones complejas y la madurez. Ha dirigido cortometrajes de
ficción, videoclips y participado como director de fotografía por igual. Recientemente, su ópera prima documental “Las Hostilidades” ganó el premio al Work in Progress en el
Festival Internacional de Cine de Los Cabos; mejor documental en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM), Premio TV UNAM en el FICUNAM; así como ha sido selección oficial en los festivales IDFA y Hot Docs. Recientemente fue seleccionado a participar en el Berlinale Talents Guadalajara en la edición 2022.

Sebastian Molina Ruiz, born in Mexico City in 1995, studied Art History at the Universidad Iberoamericana and Cinematography at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC), specializing as a director of photography. He highly values
visual and aesthetic language in his work as a director. Sebastian has a personal interest in stories that focus on complex relationships and maturity. He has directed fiction short films, music videos, and has also worked as a director of photography.
Recently, his debut documentary "Las Hostilidades" won the Work in Progress Award at the Los Cabos International Film Festival, Best Documentary at the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM), and the TV UNAM Award at FICUNAM; as well as
being an official selection at the IDFA and Hot Docs festivals. He was recently selected to participate in Berlinale Talents Guadalajara in 2022. He is an avid fan of the Tigres de
Monterrey.
