My name is Massimo Centola, aka Zatch. I was born in Turin (Italy) and since I was a little kid I've always loved to film and edit all kinds of stuff.

In the last few years, during the end of my formal education at "Liceo Artistico Renato Cottini" in photography, I discovered my passion for the art of Cinema by watching Fritz Lang's silent film "Metropolis" for the first time.

Since then I've fallen in love with Cinema and its history.

After working on various projects as a videomaker and editor, I then decided to start my artistic journey as a Film Director and cinematographer. "Qualunque Uomo" is my first independent Short Film, an extremely personal picture despite being set in the 1940s.
