Company
Marit Liang is a filmmaker and artist based in NYC and the Hudson Valley.
Marit is an interdisciplinary cinema artist whose work encompasses video art, photography, music and sound, research and other practices. Her films use the highly crafted visual language of arthouse and genre cinema to explore questions of nature, embodiment, otherness, the boundaries and contours of personhood, memory, medium, and time.
She is currently enrolled in the FIlm/Video MFA graduate program at Bard College, and her work has been screened and won several 'Best Pictures' awards at more than three dozen national and international festivals.
