Maristella Bovo is a young self-taught director based in Ottawa, Canada. In 2022, at the age of 14, The Lost Pendant was her first film to have written, directed, produced, and acted in. The film was created entirely independently and did not have any funding from any institution. She is hoping to get accepted to some film festivals and would love to make more films.
