Stephanie is based in Miami, Florida where she was born and raised to Haitian parents. At a very young age, Stephanie took an interest in the Arts. Her mother Claudelle St. Come recalls very clearly the day her daughter said “I do not want to attend the French middle school program anymore, I think it’s important to spend your life doing what you love.” Her mother feared she didn’t have enough expertise in music, but Stephanie was very audacious and was determined to find a solution. Dr. Cole, a retired Composer who directed the Miami Temple Church choir agreed to give her vocal lessons after seeing she had talent. The audition and acceptance to the Southwood Middle School’s Music program led to many successful auditions, superior evaluations, and state competitions.
As the young singer matured, her interests expanded to Film and TV. She watched Issa Rae’s YouTube series get picked up on HBO and was inspired by other writers such as Shonda Rhimes. After Enrolling into Miami Dade’s Film and Digital Production program, she’s been Hosting MDCTV News Flash. It is now an award-winning Show (Gold Davey Award, an international award for the small shops judged by MTV, Nickelodeon, etc.) produced by Tony Leal. She also has done voice over work for “In-Focus” on MDC-TV. One of the films she played a lead role in “When She Flies” was nominated for an Emmy in the Short Film Category. Now, Stephanie Saint-Come is in the process of marrying all her talents and giving others opportunities to do what they love at SAINTCOME PRODUCTIONS LLC.
I hope this story of Marian Anderson inspires people to follow their dreams and reach new heights. This is a true story with some embellishments of what it would be like have enough determination to go places where you were told you could never be. This is for the dreamers.
