Alice, inmate of an orphanage run by a Catholic Church loves Robert, an young man. Father Ashby vicar of the church and nuns solemnises the marriage of Alice and Robert. Before understanding each other, Alice became pregnant. Meanwhile Robert imprisoned for a murder charge.
Alice feel alone and returned to her orphanage and gave birth to a baby girl, Anna. Father Ashby loves Alice s his daughter and given full support to Alice and Anna. Father Ashby transferred to another parish in a distant place. Alice started teaching in a computer centre as part time and thereafter does some stitching works for their livelihood. She has an ambition to bring up Anna to become a government employee rather to become any high profile professions. But these happy days ends when Anna becomes a kidney patient . Alice runs around hospitals and hospitals for the treatment. But both her kidneys failed and has undergone hundreds of dialysis. The only remedy left is a transplant. Alice was happily willing to donate her Kidney to her daughter. In that hospital they meet Vishnu, a 14 year old child who was also a kidney patient seeks for a donor. Alice and Anna goes to a large specialised hospital for surgery. Since HB content in the blood of Anna is too low, she needed blood transfusion. Unfortunately one day she was given a different group blood results in the death of Anna. Eventhough Alice couldn't save her child, she offers her Kidney to Vishnu, the friend Anna made at the hospital. The film ends with a great message, the importance of organ donation.
