Mammút
Mammút is an Icelandic Rock Band with a uniquely alternative sound. Its members started playing together at the young age of 13, when they won a Greenhouse Music Talent Competition that skyrocketed the band and made it impossible for them to turn back.
This is a documentary following the private lives of Mammút’s five members –a carpenter, a flight attendant, a waitress, an independent graphic designer and a restaurant entrepreneur – as they assemble their latest album in 2016.
Following their daily routines, we get an insight of the perks and quirks of Icelandic culture as these young artists experience it in this Northernmost island that is Iceland. Continuous daylight, freedom, and a lot of rock.
