Malcolm Quinn Silver-Van Meter is an American artist and filmmaker. Born in Greenwich Village, he grew up in rural Vermont, and in 2018 returned to New York to pursue film at NYU's prestigious Kanbar Institute of Film & Television in the Tisch School of the Arts. He cites Martin Scorsese, Orson Welles, and Barry Jenkins among his biggest cinematic influences. Aside from film, he is passionate about music, mountains, snow, maple syrup, ice cream, running, and Nordic skiing.
