Make It Count - Dance Fusion All Stars
This motivational film will take you on a journey of what dancers and their coaches put into training their mindset to "make it count." Dance Fusion All Stars came together during the pandemic, won a bid from the National Dance Alliance nationals, and debuted at the Dance Worlds Competition. They took home a win, earning 5th place. This inspirational film focuses on this competitive dance team and their preparation for the Dance Worlds competition.

Joel Martinez is a Cinematographer/Director from Las Vegas, NV. His body of work includes a variety of films that include narrative, commercial, and fashion work.
During his time at UNLV, Joel focused on Cinematography. One of his films, A Christmas Dinner, was accepted in to the “The American Pavilion Emerging filmmaker showcase at the Cannes film festival. Then after college, he shot his first feature film called “Shellfish.” Shortly after, he worked with Vegas.com as their full time Cinematographer which led to him filming commercials for the “Park MGM, The Venetian, The Grand Canal Shoppes, and many more.
Today, Cinematography is still at the forefront of his career but is now opened up Everlast film Company.
This motivational film was created to inspire the dancers before their big performance at the Dance Worlds competition. This film was a complete surprise to the dancers as a gift from their coaches. This film played right before they performed to give them love and encouragement to go out there and make it count!
