Upstate New Yorker Madison VanDerLinde has had a passion for art and filmmaking since childhood. Beginning her life as a dancer her films have a strong sense of rhythm and movement. As a child she was inspired by films and would recreate iconic scenes with the other kids in her family. Following her debut award winning film 'Children of Disease', VanDerLinde enjoys experimenting with new types of filmmaking and incorporates her love for music and dance into her films. Having won the Emerging Filmmaker Award at Awareness Film Festival 2021 she is an up and coming Director/Cinematographer in the world of film.
