  • 💫 What an unforgettable experience at the 20th annual @myheroproject Film Festival this past Saturday! Honored to have received the festival’s highest award, the Ron Kovic Peace Prize, and to meet Ron Kovic himself—a true hero and inspiration. It was a privilege to receive a signed copy of his iconic book Born on the Fourth of July. ✌️ 🇺🇸

Our film, @grillodoc, screened before a huge audience, alongside other incredible films that showcased talent and powerful storytelling. It was amazing to have a press release, conduct an interview and connect with fellow winners and filmmakers, share stories, and celebrate creativity together.

We were supported by friends and family and enjoyed a vibrant evening with delicious food, live jazz, a red carpet, and an electrifying performance by @sozimusic. We even made some new connections along the way. 🎶 🎸

🙌Thank you to everyone who made this day so special. This is a moment we will carry with me forever. 💥
