Mujhe fark padta hai is a series of short stories depicting the dilemma many women, specifically breast cancer patients, go through when they do not have the authority to take decisions for their own body, when they can't voice their thoughts about what might affect their confidence and future life. The series is based on when women decide to speak for themselves rather than stay intimidated by their family and friends.
The film is entirely based on true incidents shared by a breast cancer surgeon with Directive Arts.
