It was a freezing cold evening but a truly heart-warming and fiery festival. I am huge fan of mobile filmmaking and the power of being able to shoot from the hip, so this festival was just what Cape Town needed. Personally I have had a wonderful experience working with the Government of Flanders on their follow up project and I look forward to MMOCA's next event.

The BCCSA MMOCA Film Festival was of highest quality with excellent marketing, communication, international speakers & Presenters, an outstanding Director who coordinated his team and all detail perfectly.

The red carpet event in the gardens of the Belgian House, Cape Town was presented with class and taste. I am definitely entering again next year.

Thank you, Director Dominique Vandenhoudt and team, and the Belgian Chamber of Commerce of South Africa who sponsored this first of its kind event in Southern Africa.. Bravo!!

The festival excluded our film Namanje and screened all the finalists films but our film was also a finalist. All finalists recieved gift packs and we didn't. It was as if our film was never selected. For whatever reason the festival decided to do this, they should have found it in their hearts to inform us. I really didn't have to attend the event, especially during COVID times. I'm disappointed.
