Missy Bell is a film director based in Asheville, NC making films about people who are ready to step off the ledge. Beginning in stage work as an actor, Missy moved on to directing for the stage in the year 2000 and on to film directing in 2018. Award winning directorial projects from the past include "Sink", "Eve", "Ink", "Canary", "The Woodsman" and more. Current projects on the circuit: "The Library at the End of the Universe" and "Opprobrium". In addition to directing films, she loves porch coffee, rain on the roof, music, bonfires, and deep conversations.
