I wanna marry my novels and have short films for children.
From the young girl who read story books up on a mango tree every summer back home in the Philippines, Mia Corazon Aureus has grown into a woman writing her own stories. She finished a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and earned a master’s degree in Creative Writing. Little did she know that her simple love for writing would morph into a passion for visual storytelling. As a screenwriting/drama directing graduate of South Seas Film & Television School, Mia hopes to make films about people’s journeys toward discovering their own truths and meaning in a world riddled with contradictions and ambiguities.
