Director Biography - Landon D'Alessandro

Since the age of 7, Landon has always had a passion for film. With his first award at 13 in the state competition, Landon has gone on a career-long crusade to conquer scholastic filmmaking and journalism. This journey has led him to create over 12 films, with almost every single one leaving a national or state award in their hands. Named “Young Aspiring Journalist of 2024” by the National Journalism Education Association, Landon D’Alessandro has been preached by Walsworth Yearbook, filmmaker Jim Guarasci, and Florida Scholastic Press Association’s Vice President, Joe Humphrey: “I cannot wait to see what Landon D’Alessandro does in the next four years,”Humphrey said.
