The Maryland Black Film Festival (MBFF) was established to be a premier film festival for people of color in the country. This will be a two-day festival event with industry panel discussions with industry leaders—public theater and Virtual screenings to accommodate out-of-state viewers. Only some film selections will be screened; films from the best of the best will be chosen for day one public theater screening. This is for the best theatrical stage play video-recorded production.
