MAKE AWAY / ABRAN PASO
In Santiago de Chile, different social actors were strongly repressed by local authorities during the "Social Outbreak" that began in October 2019 in
the whole country. Statistically, human rights were highly violated, but still people had taken the streets around what is now called, Plaza Dignidad, located in the heart of the Capital.
