MAFA Short Film festival will take place on December 21st 2019. This is the very first online film festival, where we will broadcast your film on our 24/7 TV channel. With every film submitted, we will need a video description of the director, personally, explaining who you are, what your film is about and the inspiration. Should not be any longer than 3 minutes. This is to credit the director and their work.

1) All films must either be in English or have English subtitles.
2) We accept all forms and genres.
3) We will screen your film online unless you want us to not to do it.
4) Each filmmaker can submit several projects, but each entry must be accompanied by a separate Entry and fee.
5) Films must have been completed no earlier than January 2015.
6) Our judges have access to all films and they vote without sharing your work publicly.
7) If your film is in other film festival competitions requiring not posting films on internet, we can show your trailer instead.
8) All fees are non-refundable.
9) The Festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or scheduling.
10) The filmmaker certifies to have full rights. Producer will indemnify the organisers of the Festival against all claims, demands, costs, damages, expenses (including legal fees), proceedings and losses resulting from the screening of the film at the Festival or from claims by any third parties. We retain no responsibility of copyright claims.
11) We do not accept "work in progress" versions. Make sure your work is finished.
12) The films must not be longer than 30 min (including credits).
