She was born in Mexico City in 1999. Her first approach to cinema was at the Casa de Melies School of Visual Arts, of the French Embassy in Mexico, where she took the workshops of Cinematographic Script and Audiovisual and Semiotic Language of the Image, performing some exercises that were projected at the Media Library of the House of France, in December 2018.
She is currently studying Digital Cinema and Post Production at SAE Institute, where she has collaborated as a photographer and producer of various short film exercises. "Lydia" is her short fiction film and her first professional short as a screenwriter and director.
This short film talks about the error insecure people make wanting to force things to go as we want, either a situation or in this case, a relationship. Through German Expressionism, I seek to represent the mind and feelings that a person feels when they do not want to recognize that things are no longer as before.
