Lydia G. Reynolds is an accomplished, self taught film maker, director, and producer with an extensive theatrical background. She is founder and Executive Director of L.G. Reynolds Entertainment, L.L.C. A full spectrum entertainment firm located in St. Louis, MO. Making her the first black woman to spearhead an international entertainment company located in the Midwest.
Having toured professionally as an independent theatrical producer/director; she has over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry. Which allowed her the opportunity to work up close and personal with many A list celebrities. She's toured with plays such as shaking the devil off, love makes you do crazy things, gaslight square, and be careful what you pray for.
As an independent film maker; she is determined to tell stories that focus on the struggle and betterment of the lives of people of color in black communities in the U.S. and abroad. Her film credits are vanishing Kings, and vanishing Kings remix.
She is also a published author and Ghost Writer;
having successfully ghost written autobiographies, novels, and romance novels, for several celebrity clients.
She is a trailblazer committed to controlling the black narrative in film, theater and literature.
She has won several awards and proclamations for her work.
