Mimi is a young Chicana Actress and Director who was raised in the small agrarian town of Watsonville, CA. While attending Watsonville High School Mimi was an active member of the Video Academy where she created several music videos, short films, PSAs along with other projects that highlighted her creativity and love for the Arts and film production. She also grew a strong passion for acting and was casted as Bertha in the Chican@ play Zoot Suit by Luis Valdez (Directed by Adrian Torres of El Teatro Campesino, 2009).
After high school Mimi attended Pasadena Community College where she continued to study film and acting. While attending she gained hands on production experience and was featured on many short films and university level projects.
Currently, Mimi is directing a short film with Calavera Productions and CR8.IT Productions.
