Zanthia Bérubé has recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Motion Picture Arts from Capilano University, Vancouver where her interests are leaning toward film directing and scriptwriting, but most importantly, storytelling. Having made her first film at the age of 12, she knew this was the career she wanted to pursue. The success of her movie The Purple Heels, which won runner-up in the Fiction division of the Nova-Scotia Viewfinder Film Festival (now FIN Kids), created an eagerness within her to further develop her aptitudes and to share her creative mind through the art of filmmaking.
Zanthia has been working as a First AD and social media content creator with many different companies including Capilano University. Most recently, she has finished directing her final university project. She is avid to bring her jocund disposition to the industry and to support her surrounding crew to achieve creative distinction.
