Lullaby

Months after the death of their parents at the hands of an apocalyptic event, Carol and Aidan flee to the wilderness with only their mother's guitar as a memento.

After returning to their camp for the night, the pair are discovered by another survivor named Roy. Attempting to make peace with the pair, Roy offers them food, to which Carol reluctantly accepts.

Having bonded shortly after dinner, Roy attempts to convince Carol and Aidan to return with him to his group, warning them of the threats of the night. Carol rejects his offer, still distrustful of his intentions.

Roy leaves, regretful. Leaving Carol and Aidan to survive on their own.
