Lucana
Love and literature intertwine in the short film The Deaths of Lucana Stories permeated with poetry and literature tell the relationship between love, death and philosophy in the mind and soul of Lucana, experienced by Portuguese Paula Pinto. In a work of short duration, the anguish of the characters intertwine between reality and madness. The Deaths of Lucana constructs a subjective environment, replete with metaphorical significance shared by Graco, played by Brazilian actor Robson Benta.

Alceu Bett, 40, specializes in Photography Film at Escuela Internacional de Cine y Television in Havana, Cuba, in 1997 and Director of Film and Video in the Modern University of Lisbon in 2004.
"Lucana is Dead" honors the great masters of art and literature, like Kafka, Pessoa, Borges and Bernardo Sassetti (Portuguese musician and composer who died this year). In photography, neorealism German Herzog, Wenders and Fassbinder also served as reference for the production of the short film. Have the script, developed by Alceu Bett and Fernando Karl, influenced, among others, the Danish filmmaker Lars Von Trier.
About writing:
Supported the long-standing partnerships, the film was developed in collaboration with partners who walked alongside the director in his other artistic experiences. The photo was shared with the short Amir Sfair Filho, photographer Portuguese agency Espetaculum.The screenplay for "Lucana is dead" designed and developed with the poet and writer Fernando Karl, who Alceu Bett previously developed projects of literature and poetry.
