Celebrating Southeast Asian cinema since 2009, Blue Chair — formerly known as the Luang Prabang Film Festival — brings regional filmmakers together each December for a program exclusive to recent film from ten countries (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam), alongside workshops, public discussions, and other special events.

All screenings and public discussions are free and open to the public.
