Avery Carlton Fields is a Director, Writer dedicated to the perception of diversity in films. Writing his first feature "Ashes of the Phoenix" in high school and holding its premiere in college, Avery continues to work towards creating content that will bring audiences together. Film has always been a significant part of my life. From an early age, I was active with my parents camcorder shooting and in camera editing to create shorts using action figures, stuffed animals and later good neighborhood friends and family. I've always been aware of my ambitions to pursue a career as a director, writer and producer and once I was in high school, I decided the only holding me back was myself and started writing. That's when I started writing my first feature film "Ashes of the Phoenix" seven years and a premiere later, I was finally at a point where I could really explore my career. I am very clearly at the beginning of this journey but with so many anticipated projects coming up, I am confident that it wont be very long before Fields of Gold productions and Avery Carlton Fields become household names.
