Louise is a BAFTA nominated Danish/East Asian Producer based in London and Bristol. She is best known for producing Tom Hardiman’s debut feature, Medusa Deluxe, for the BFI and BBC Films. The film premiered at Locarno 2022, played in competition at BFI London Film Festival for Best First Feature, and was nominated for two BIFAs before being distributed by Mubi in the UK and A24 in the US. Louise was BAFTA nominated for producing Jessica Henwick's short film Bus Girl, which screened at 30 festivals.
Louise’s wider track record includes feature films 90 Minutes by Simon Baker, Swansong by Douglas Ray, and the documentary Beyond the Tryline, about the Rugby World Cup, for Universal Pictures and Finite Films & TV. Louise recently completed the feature documentary, The Republic, by Quincy Andrews, and short films Magic, by Dominique Provost-Chalkley, starring Taylor Hickson and Seed, by Martin Lohse, starring Evanna Lynch (Harry Potter) and Billy Postlethwaite (Silo). She also wrapped production on feature film, The Fallers, a co-production with Canadian producer Jamie Manning, starring Georgina Campbell (Barbarian) which are in post production.
Upcoming projects on Louise’s production slate include Two Clowns, written by Veronika Gribanova and to be directed by BAFTA Nominated Lynsey Miller (Anne Boleyn, Surface), with Chloe Grace Moretz attached to star; and BAFTA Nominated Jessica Henwick’s debut feature film. As well as Mirror, Shoulder, Signal written by Oscar nominated Line Langebek (The Girl with the Needle), a Danish co-production with Katja Adomeit (Force Majeure, The Square). Louise is a BAFTA Member and voter.
