Nare Sargsyan, born in Yerevan, Armenia in 2001, has always had a profound interest in the world of art. After completing Middle school, she studied at Terlemezyan Art College, specializing in traditional art.
In 2017, Nare relocated to the United States. She decided to continue her academic journey at Woodbury University in 2019, majoring in animation. She recently graduated from Woodbury University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
With a deep sense of cultural pride and a longing to shed light on the underrepresented, Nare has a desire to share stories that amplify the voices of the Armenian people and provide representation for other marginalized communities often forgotten in the United States.
I am thrilled to present "Lost & Found," a film that holds a special place in my heart. It is not only a story of personal growth, acceptance and appreciation but also a celebration of my Armenian heritage. It is my hope that "Lost & Found" not only entertains but also educates.
I invite you to join us on this exciting journey with Astlik, rediscovering the power of love, happiness, and the indomitable spirit that resides within us all.
