Margaret, a grandmother with dementia has a wonderful day at the park with her daughter Kate. When Margaret gets home from the park for once she's able to remember her experience at the park, but slowly she's losing grip of this great memory. In order to revitalize her memory, she begs Kate to take her back. Due to it being late into the evening Kate refuses but promises her to take her the next day. Kate has to leave Margaret for a short while to pick up her kids and bring them home. Now Margaret now alone and anxiously trying to hold onto the memory of the park. Margaret starts to make attempts to call people to take her to the park. They all decline. Each call she loses more and more of the memory and by the last call she can't even remember what she's calling about. The memory is gone which throws Margaret into a panic attack. Kate comes home and finds Margaret still spiraling. Kate comforts Margaret and gets her into bed. As Kate tucks Margaret into bed she reassures Margaret she will take her to the park tommorow. Now with the memory fully gone Margaret doesn't know what Kate is talking about. Kate without explaining tells Margaret she will like it.
