LoTA Gandra is a young director from Porto, born in 1998. She has directed numerous fiction short films such as “The Mother” (2017), “Right to Breath” (2020) and, more recently, “Two Sister” (2021). She has also directed documentary short films such as “Olo: Um Solo Sobre um Solo” (2020) and “Dura Dita Dura” (2020). Her last work is a hybrid of both fiction and documentary, the short film "My First Apocalypse" is a project developed with a group of teenagers from a school in Porto.
In 2021 she finished her cinema bachelor, specialized in directing, in the National Theater and Film School.
