Director Biography - V. Moses Navarro

Victor Moses Navarro is an award winning director based out of sunny Los Angeles, California. His love of cinema began at an early age through VHS rentals from the public library of films his father had enjoyed prior. His filmmaking journey began in 2011 at Pasadena City College.

In 2014, Moses began attending UCLA's school for Theater, Film, and Television. In 2016, Moses graduated from the distinguished program with his B.A. in Film and Television with a concentration on Directing and Post-Production.

In early 2019, Moses co-created a production company that would allow him as well as others to create content that is not only exceptional, but artistically fulfilling. The name of that company is now Outer Heaven Creations.
