Little Somalia
‘Little Somalia’ documents the growth of the Somali community in Dublin’s North-Inner city. Over time, migrant communities have greatly contributed to the cultural richness of that area of the city. The film’s hopeful tone belies the difficulty of Somali migrants' experience, instead capturing the strength and vibrancy of their community. This film celebrates Ireland’s growing cultural diversity at a time when it is coming under growing threat.
