Little Red Riding Hood
It is the 1990s, in a small village on a plateau bordered by mountain ridges.
A little girl is invited by her mother to take some foodstuffs to her flu-ridden grandmother who lives on the other side of the forest.
While she’s walking along the path, the girl plays and she is distracted by the local plants and animals. All along the way there is a mysterious figure hiding among the bushes.
At a crossroads, the girl meets a gamekeeper. At the end of a brief conversation, the man, noticing the girl's cape, greets her affectionately and calls her Little Red Riding Hood.
Finally arriving at her grandmother's house, she does not find her and she is overcome by the presence of an individual who attacks her. A fourth mysterious individual intervenes to defend the girl.
The day ends with the intervention of the police and a reunion between mother, child and grandmother. Who is the executioner and who is the saviour?

She was born on 7 February 1984 in Pavia, where she graduated from the San Giorgio classical high school in 2005. The following year she was hired as a make-up artist at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, where she's still working. In 2016 she graduated in scenography at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, where she deepened her technical knowledge in the field of visual arts, theatre and cinema. During the quarantine for covid emergency, she developed an interest in screenwriting, participating, together with some colleagues, on the creation of the short film "StanzE". During the writing of the project she attended an online screenwriting course, supported by Mr. Alessandro Ippolito. The following year, she won the Lycos Film Festival competition with the screenplay "Cappuccetto rosso". Between October and December 2022, she attended the screenplay course held by Valia Santella and Bruno Oliviero at the Officine Ied institute, from which the short film "Le polpette della Tina" (Tina's meatballs) was born, currently entered in the Nuovo Imaie competition.
In the art of screenwriting, my passions for the visual arts and writing come together. I am passionate about this form of expression, because it allows to translate any story or thought, ranging from fantasy, information, experiences or lived emotions, into moving images.
I like to think that the role of the scriptwriter is to be found 'behind the scenes', which is the position I find myself in the theatre thanks to my profession: from experience I know its importance and fascination.
