Litost
Litost is an untranslatable Czech word which means a state of sudden torment and agony created by the sudden sight of one’s own misery. The film is a journey inside the mind of Character who's struggling with generalized anxiety disorder. Over time, Character’s anxiety heightens, and eventually start to weigh her down. We see a glimpse of the different stages of anxiety which go on in her overthinking mind until she shuts down and can’t function anymore, leaving her in a vicious anxiety-depression loop.
