XXVIII Minsk International Film Festival "Listapad" will be held in Minsk from 04 to 11 November 2022.
We invite film companies, TV companies, distribution companies, independent producers and directors to submit applications for participation in the Festival's competition programs:

Main Fiction Films Competition;
Main Non-fiction Films Competition;
Animation Films Competition;
Children and Youth Films Competition “Listapadzik”;
Out-of-competition Programs.
Preference is given to films that have been noted at international film festivals and highly rated by filmmakers and audiences.
In addition, pitching will be held as part of the out-of-competition program…

The festival's slogan is "True Values".

COMPETITION AND REQUIREMENTS
The competition program includes:
- Main Fiction Films Competition;
- Main Non-fiction Films Competition;
- Animation Films Competition;
- Children and Youth Films Competition “Listapadzik”;
Only full-length films (running time from 52 minutes) made in 2021-2022 may participate in the Main Fiction Films Competition Program. Preference is given to the films specially mentioned at international festivals and highly acclaimed by filmmakers and viewers
No less than 10 films minimum from 5 countries participate in the Main Fiction Films Competition Program.
Only full-length and medium-length films (running time from 26 minutes) made in 2021-2022 may participate in the Main Non-Fiction Films Competition Program. Preference is given to the films specially mentioned at international festivals and highly acclaimed by filmmakers and viewers
No less than 10 films minimum from 5 countries participate in the Main Non-Fiction Films Competition Program.
Films created in 2021-2022 participate in the Animation Films Competition. Animated films of all genres are accepted (running time up to 39 minutes.
No less than 10 films minimum from 5 countries participate in the Main Animation Films Competition.
Full-length fiction and animated films for children and youth created in 2021- 2022 participate in Children and Youth Films Competition “Listapadzik”.
Up to 10 films take part in “Listapadzik” Children and Youth Films Competition Program.
Demonstration copies of films participating in the Film Festival Competition Programs must be in the original language and with English subtitles if the original language is not English.
Copies of films participating in the Competition Programs should be submitted to the Film Festival Directorate no later than October 01, 2022.
The final decision on the number of films participating in the Competition Programs is made by the Film Festival Directorate. The order of Competitive Films Demonstration is determined by the Film Festival Directorate.
Copies of films accepted for the other Film Festival Programs should be submitted to the Film Festival Directorate no later than October 10, 2022.
