Self-proclaimed horror nerd, Lisa Rufus, lives in Brisbane, Australia. She completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) at the University of Queensland in 2014, majoring in Film and Television Studies and Writing. In 2017, Lisa completed a Master of Arts (Writing) at the Swinburne University of Technology.
Inspired by the beautiful and twisted aesthetic style of Bryan Fuller, Lisa wrote her honours thesis on the television series "Hannibal." An abridged version of this was published in "Hannibal for Dinner," edited by Nicholas Yanes and Kyle Moody by McFarland Publishing.
She effing loves horror.
