Ash is currently a senior at UNC Charlotte majoring in Computer Science, with a focus in Cyber Security. She focused on Film Studies for her outside concentration and fell in love with it. Ash has always loved to write and create, and film was a wonderful way to do this. Although new to the art, Ash is continuing to work on her writing, editing, and directing skills with other short films to surface in the next year.
“This project with Susie Films has been an opportunity for me to work with professionals in the film industry and get experience beyond the classroom. When it comes to school film projects, I have had to do the entire process myself. I have been given an amazing team at Susie Films to support me in every step of the process and allow me a chance to focus on writing and directing for the film. I was absolutely thrilled that Susie Films had this program and that I have been able to be a part of it. “
