Light Drops
In Yerevan of the 1990s, a young soldier experiences a double tragedy. When a friend dies before his eyes, Arsen commits a reckless act and is arrested. While in custody, he receives news of the death of his parents. After a period of disciplinary punishment in a military unit, he is released, demobilized, and begins to mourn. It’s unclear what the future holds for him and then he meets Marie.

Arman Chilingaryan is an Armenian director. His recent film is ''Light Drops'', a full length drama. Chilingaryan has graduated from the Higher Courses of Scriptwriters and Film Directors in Moscow in the workshop by Vladimir Khotinenko, Vladimir Fenchenko and Pavel Finn. His final degree work, a short film titled ''Quick March'' participated in a number of film festivals and won Best Director award in San Gio Verona International film festival, Armenian National Cinema Academy, Yerevan 2011, Best Film award in Debut Panorama section, Film Critics’ Special Certificate and Best Film in 3-rd International Film Forum of Confederation of Filmmakers Unions from the CIS and Baltic countries, Moscow 2010.
