Director Statement

Analyzing the culture we live in, I realized it lacks a crucial part of communication: storytelling. Humans thrive on storytelling, whether it is a story of our trip to the supermarket or a made-up story about an alien race who comes to earth looking for a single cup of sugar, but no one can understand them. The limits to our imagination are endless, yet the art form is dying. The age of mindless action and meaningless special effects are overtaking the place of a well-told story.
As an artist, I try to tell the best stories I can. I love the DIY look that indie filmmaking has and I aim to harness that style to tell the best of stories. Whether it be in film, comics, or photography, my goal is to never replace the value of a story for anything less.
