Life and the Lady
A new soul struggles with an existential choice: to stay comfortable in her world or to incarnate and surrender to the unknown. Time falls away and moments and memories become fragmented as she experiences the true understanding of her fate.

1994 Magna Cum Lauda Graduate of the Film Core Program at San Francisco State and recipient of the "Rosebud" Award by Francis Ford Coppola, Michelantony 'Micha' Dunston returned to filmmaking in 2005 after a long, Joseph Campbell-style journey which took him to explore spirituality from an earth-based perspective by visiting such places as Maccu Piccu, the Amazon jungle, the Celtic ruins throughout Ireland, Scotland, and Brittany, and the Southwestern United States.
Working to save the money to re-enter the digital age, Micha started Triple Spiral Productions as a Director of Photography and field producer to create promotional work that garnished him Four Telly Awards and brought him to film on promo projects with Linda Ronstadt, Guy Fieri, Alice Cooper, and Tony-winning directors Michael Meyer and Liesl Tommy.
'Life and the Lady' was created for an audience who appreciates art and a feast of visual metaphor that instigates discussion and provokes thought. It is NOT a traditional narrative, and was crafted to have an audience engage the mind and make them think - long after they have left the theater. It was specifically created for an immersive theatrical experience, with sublime 5k visuals and 5.1 surround. The film is a bold blending of 3 genres; Narrative, Experimental, and Documentary
For me, this work is not about ego, but about being in service to something greater than us that is neither definable nor definitive. I'm a "postman" with messages to deliver.
Careful thought and planning go into every piece of visual art I produce. Ultimately, delivering a message to the highest point possible is my priority. Forget me, but please hear the words behind the projects.
