ENGLISH
A super short 3 minute film showing the life cycle of soft shelled fresh water turtles dwelling in the western pond of twin ponds of Jorpukhuri in the historic Uzanbazar locality of Guwahati city the capital of the Assam state of Assam.
Within a short period of three minutes it includes the standard title of the Ri-Mita Bolsabi, a short dedication of the super short in the name of the daughter of the director-cum producer of the film. Whom he calls by the name Aiomshisha.
Shots of the pond, soft shelled turtles, mating scene of the turtles, egg laying by the mother turtle and a shot of a baby turtle are included.
There is no voice over narration, only some plates with text in Khasi, Assamese and English languages. The main title with little animation is however in the Khasi language.
