He Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from STI College Cubao, Quezon City Philippines.

He is a fulltime videographer, photographer and the owner of InMotion Studio Photo & Video Production Firm base in the Philippines.

Levilou directed numerous short films that have garnered attention not just locally, but also internationally.

At the age of 17 he was chosen to be a director in their campus tv. Since then he started directing short films.

He directed his first short film “Ang Bahagharing Uhaw sa Ulan”. Year 2020 the film was selected in the Gawad Sining Film Festival which was nominated Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Production Design and Best Screenplay and won the 2020 Gawad Sining Short Film Festival Most Promising Director, Most Promising Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor. August 28, 2021 it was selected in the 2021 Human-Environment Care Film Festival (HECFF) held in Ontario Canada. And also last September 21, 2021 it was nominated in the 44th Gawad Urian as Best Short Film.
