Letting Go
The solo creation was inspired by tremors in the body, which are an innate reaction of the central nervous system in humans. They can be experienced in situations of intense shock or trauma, in moments of severe stress, or in moments of great joy and excitement. The tremors of each person are different because each of us has a different history, unique for a given person, recorded in the body and different patterns of tension associated with it. Sometimes tremors release emotions and memories, and are often perceived as a sign of weakness and over-sensitivity.
The solo "Letting go ..." raises the issue of what is external and internal, what is visible and invisible, what is near and what is far.
You close your eyes and go inside yourself.
