Artist Statement

“Let the Games Begin grew out of my love for the theatre of legendary rock concerts – from Springsteen to the Stones and the Angels to AC/DC,” says John Huggart. “What I wanted to capture was the immersive anticipation, tension and thrills of the stadium concerts, which are mirrored in the biggest sporting events.”
