I'm Leopoldo Torres, or Leo like everyone calls me. I'm a Latinx filmmaker who is getting back into the game after taking a long hiatus due to the unpredictability and beauty that is life. After attending both the Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago and Depaul, I had all the motivation in the world to create the films I wanted to share with whatever audience I could get. I primarily wanted to be a screenwriter, but quickly learned that in order to fully embrace the art, I had to learn every facet of the process: sound, editing, production design, practical effects/make-up, and even acting.  
Things never go according to plan and after having a life full of adventures and different jobs including one in the nightlife... I'm more focused to bring my voice and my perspective to cinema, whether it's ready or not.
